When the trumpet shall sound
And we all turn around,
We shall see Him in the clouds
And be caught away
When we're finally home,
Gathered round His throne
He will call your name
And then I'm sure He'll say,

"Well Done, good and faithful one!
Well Done, faithful servant and Friend!
You have been faithful in
So many little things!

You have served Him with cheer
And for so many years
Giving up so many worldly things
to tend the Master's sheep!
It's a 'labor of love'
But your Master above

And though your church cannot thank you
Like your service deserves

From the Mighty King you serve
